Linear and Atmospheric paintings 23/11/2017
Compare and Contrast
Linear paintings all seem to lead to a point on or off of the page whilst atmospheric paintings have no points and is more freely painted than linear paintings. In my opinion I prefer atmospheric drawings because I feel like they are more aesthetically pleasing and free.

A study sheet of 3 paintings from 2 artists; Claude Monet and Berthe Morisot.
1. Impressionist sunrise by Claude Monet 1872
2. In a park by Berthe Morisot 1874

Statement of Intent:
Using the art of atmospheric and perspective point I'm going to make an atmospheric earth with multiple perspective points that affect the buildings all around it. It is to show how we have polluted the earth with man made buildings and barely take time to appreciate nature around us
Plan for final piece:
WWWI like my idea of the earth and the buildings and i think that the first drawing of my earth looked really well and outlining the buildings coming out of the earth worked well too.
EBIFor my final piece I think i should paint an earth similar to the first one (with no buildings) because i feel like that looks better and maybe to color in the buildings too.
